Sylvia Bustamante Gubbins
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
A New York Botanical Garden class was enough to discover her passion. Historian, journalist, and always in the process of writing, Sylvia swapped letters for scissors. She has floral designer certificates from London Flower School and FlowerSchool New York and is a member of the Chapel Designers network. Founded Madrid Flower School in 2019 and co-founded Madrid Blooms Congress in 2024.
Ana Belen Rodriguez
INSTRUCTOR
After 20 years in finance, Ana Belén left for FlowerSchool New York. After graduating, she worked for Ariella Chezar, Oscar Mora, Renny & Reed, and Belle Fleur. Back in Spain, she opened Anila Flowers and Anila Plantas. Her creations convey a calm atmosphere, with greens playing a predominant role.
Irene Rodriguez de Soto
INSTRUCTOR
After working at UNESCO in Paris, Irene returned to Madrid. She felt nostalgia for flower shops and set up her own. Semilla Salvaje assembles bouquets each week that reveal glimpses of her past as a historian and audiovisual editor. Each bouquet bears the name of a woman and is bold in color.
Manuel Godoy Pareja

He landed in Madrid shortly before the pandemic for an internship at AD Spain. Soon after, he joined the MFS team, where he also teaches styling classes.
Milena Orlandi Mendes
PHOTOGRAPHER AND INSTRUCTOR
A native of Sao Paulo, her sensitivity is transmitted every time she presses the shutter. She discovered that floral design could have a contemporary language on Instagram, so she created Estudio Seiva. In Spain, she participated in the first three editions of the Flora Festival and was one of the master designers invited to the Madrid Blooms Congress 2024.
